Processing Time
- The time needed to fill an order varies from 1-21 days. For details, see individual items.
- Any tufted art pieces such as rugs, wall art, or mirrors will take longer due to the physical labor required to create them.
Estimated shipping times
- All shipping is sent through the USPS, shipping times depend on the USPS operating at full capacity.
- North America: 3-10 business days
- I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
- Items marked “delivered” by the USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations.
Shipping address
- Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed.
Customs and import taxes
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
