Processing Time

  • The time needed to fill an order varies from 1-21 days. For details, see individual items.
  • Any tufted art pieces such as rugs, wall art, or mirrors will take longer due to the physical labor required to create them.

Estimated shipping times

  • All shipping is sent through the USPS, shipping times depend on the USPS operating at full capacity.
  • North America: 3-10 business days
  • I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
  • Items marked “delivered” by the USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations. 

Shipping address

  • Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed. 

Customs and import taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and exchanges

  • I gladly accept returns or exchanges in cases of damage during transit.
    • Contact me with 3 days of delivery
    • Ship items back within 7 days of delivery
    • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
    • Cancellation is not possible once the item has shipped
  • Conditions of return
    • Buyers must submit pictures of where the item was damaged in transit.
    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
    • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
